Further, I understand that I am solely responsible for any loss of privacy or confidentiality of any information if I move it outside this Web site.
• I understand that the plan documents, plan records and administrative practices and procedures of Voya, Nestlé, and the Nestlé Smart$aving Call Center govern my benefit and will control in the event of any conflict with any information provided on this Web site.
